This was a large event at big venue. Rachel was very professional and always helpful. Any request I made, she was able to execute. She was great to work with and I recommend Rachel for your event. The staff at the venue said this was the nicest that they have ever seen the place.

Booked her for an event and was told the deposit would only process dependent upon me signing a contract for her services. After 2 days of inquiring about her services decided not to go with her and did not sign her contract. She still went ahead and processed my $150 deposit without any services being performed for decorating a baby shower. Highly unprofessional and unfair. Never book her!
