I called 1 Stop around 8:30pm on a Sunday night and they were able to make it out within the hour and had my unit cooling again 30mins later. Very informative and after diagnosing and repairing the prominent issue at hand they gave me a lot of options and recommendations as to how to maintain my 2 units regularly so that these failures wouldn't be as likely to occur. Very fast response time out to my home within a hour on Sunday afternoon. Diagnosed, very thoroughly explained the problem, gave me different options as to what I could do basically a good, better, best option in detail and explained his recommendation.
