I was having problems with my A/C different Company came out to no avail. Redstick came out Riley came out excellent service!!! Very knowledgeable, inform us on everything he was doing . that a plus to me I would highly recommend this company they are the best!!!

Riley with Redstick Heating & Air was working at one of my neighbors residences and I asked for a card. He gave me a brochure and as I explained to him my issue, he asked to look at my AC unit. He was nice enough to come and look at the unit after working for hours at my neighbors residence. After looking at and checking the unit, it started working after not for running over a year. Whether he done something to it or not (which he didnt), the fact that he had time to stop and look at it after hours. You dont get that kind of customer service these days. A-1 customer service. Thank you Redstick Heating & AC, thank you Riley. Need more companies and customer service like that.

Riley and Ethan were knowledgeable, professional and punctual. I called Tuesday evening about my AC not working. By lunchtime on Wednesday my problem was resolved. This was the second time they had done work for me.I was so satisfied with the first repair, I signed a maintenance contract. I am very satisfied and I will be calling them with my future heating and air condtioning needs.
