- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer transparent, Flat Rate pricing on all repairs, replacements and maintenance services. That means every customer pays the same price for the same services. We also offer a wide range of discounts including veterans, elderly, first responders and a special 10% property management discount for rental property owners.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We strive for transparent, clear communication. When booking a service with us for the first time one of our dedicated staff will ask about the services you are requesting and any issues you are currently experiencing. Then they gather your general information, email, cell number, service address etc. so you can be entered into our system. Finally we dispatch a trained and certified technician to your home where they will thoroughly evaluate your HVAC system and make any and all recommendations based upon their findings. Our technicians always use clear language and go over photos taken during the evaluation so you're as well informed as possible before deciding how to move forward. Finally after your approval, most repairs will take place same day!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our owner and technical trainer has over 22 years of hands on experience in residential and commercial HVAC service, repair, maintenance and replacement / design. He spearheads our process and ensures that every technician, installer and member of our office staff are well trained in every aspect of their job as well as certified to service and install all major makes and models of air conditioning equipment.
