He reached out quickly with pertinent questions and detailed information about his capabilities. Most companies have those charges they apply for even coming to diagnose the issue, but they didn't. Great value, too. Quick and quality work. I definitely will call them for any and every plumbing issue. I wish all contractors were like them. Sigh. Guess that would make them less valuable, though.
