- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on the scope of work, material requirements, code compliance requirements, and overall project complexity. We believe in transparent, upfront pricing with no hidden fees. Diagnostic and troubleshooting services may include a diagnostic fee, which is credited toward repairs when applicable. Estimates for homeowners are typically free, while larger projects or detailed contractor/investor estimates may require a consultation fee. MNM Electrical Solutions focuses on quality workmanship, safety, and long-term reliability — not cutting corners.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process starts with a conversation to understand the customer’s needs, concerns, and project goals. From there, we schedule an on-site visit to evaluate the work, discuss options, and provide a clear explanation of the recommended solution. Once approved, we schedule the project, complete the work professionally and safely, and ensure everything is code-compliant and operating properly before completion. Communication, reliability, and quality workmanship are priorities throughout the entire process.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
With over 15 years of hands-on experience in residential, commercial, and industrial electrical work. I hold an NCCER Industrial Electrician Journeyman certification and a Louisiana Electrical Contractor License. My background includes electrical troubleshooting, service work, motor controls, PLCs, industrial maintenance, telecommunications in the United States Marine Corps, new construction, remodels, bathroom, kitchens, and code-compliant installations. I continue to stay current with NEC code requirements, industry standards, and ongoing training to provide safe and professional electrical solutions.
