I reached out to get outlets added to my attic to install my new ring floodlight cameras. After telling him what I was using it for he told me that he could do the entire job. This saved me from having to find someone else. Once the cameras were installed he took away the light switches for the old floodlights and put a switch for my outdoor outlet. This outlet controls my patio lights and Christmas lights during the season. After the initial meeting I asked him to check my doorbell chime box (the transformer went out and it was no longer working) & and my living room ceiling fan. I highly recommend and use this company again.

Miles recently installed a ceiling fan and a ring doorbell camera at my house. He was very pleasant and professional. He was contentious about not tracking dirt into the house. I’ll book with him again the next time I need work done.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process starts with a conversation to understand the customer’s needs, concerns, and project goals. From there, we schedule an on-site visit to evaluate the work, discuss options, and provide a clear explanation of the recommended solution.
Once approved, we schedule the project, complete the work professionally and safely, and ensure everything is code-compliant and operating properly before completion. Communication, reliability, and quality workmanship are priorities throughout the entire process.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
With over 15 years of hands-on experience in residential, commercial, and industrial electrical work. I hold an NCCER Industrial Electrician Journeyman certification and a Louisiana Electrical Contractor License.
My background includes electrical troubleshooting, service work, motor controls, PLCs, industrial maintenance, telecommunications in the United States Marine Corps, new construction, remodels, bathroom, kitchens, and code-compliant installations. I continue to stay current with NEC code requirements, industry standards, and ongoing training to provide safe and professional electrical solutions.
