- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer free quotes for all of our services so customers can get a clear understanding of the cost before committing to anything. We also strive to be transparent about our pricing, with no hidden fees or surprises. Our goal is to provide excellent value for our customers money, and we are committed to delivering exceptional results at a reasonable and fair price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will request images from the customer of the area of the home they would like work on if it’s a remodel. If it’s a deep move out cleaning we will also request images to get a good look at the complexity of the project and how much man power it’ll require. Let’s call this a virtual walkthrough in which we answer you’re burning questions! From there we will write up an agreement that states the cost of the work and detailed project description for which you’re hiring us & which you will sign if you agree. Don’t worry! The agreement is in simple layman’s terms & is used to have a recording of it.
