Big T and his crew did an amazing job. They responded quickly to my request and began work the next day. I had a textured ceiling that needed a hole repair finish and they even tried to match the texture technique..not an easy feat! I will be calling him again for sure.

Tom and his crew were very professional and new exactly what they were doing. All of the door frames in my house weren't even for hanging my new doors. They came in and fixed the uneven frames and hung the doors.

Refrigerator was making a loud rattling noise. He was able to come in and very quickly find and fix the problem. It was a problem with the fan attached to the coil. Very pleased, excellent job!

I believe in competitive prices. Also, I would like customers that has a budget to let me know. I WILL ALWAYS give customer service driven.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The typical new customer process is my customers needs come first. I am very old school. I want to take a look at the potential job. I do not like to guess a price and/or problem via a phone call, videos and pictures.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been around handyman all my life. my father, uncles and brother are all in the handyman services industry. I have over 50 years of training and experiences.
