- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I believe in competitive prices. Also, I would like customers that has a budget to let me know. I WILL ALWAYS give customer service driven.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The typical new customer process is my customers needs come first. I am very old school. I want to take a look at the potential job. I do not like to guess a price and/or problem via a phone call, videos and pictures.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been around handyman all my life. my father, uncles and brother are all in the handyman services industry. I have over 50 years of training and experiences.
