Refrigerator was making a loud rattling noise. He was able to come in and very quickly find and fix the problem. It was a problem with the fan attached to the coil. Very pleased, excellent job!

Tommy was very courteous and professional. He ordered a new compressor for our refrigerator. It came in quickly and he did the final work the day after Thanksgiving! He did an excellent job! I would definitely use him again!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I believe in competitive prices. Also, I would like customers that has a budget to let me know. I WILL ALWAYS give customer service driven.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The typical new customer process is my customers needs come first. I am very old school. I want to take a look at the potential job. I do not like to guess a price and/or problem via a phone call, videos and pictures.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been around handyman all my life. my father, uncles and brother are all in the handyman services industry. I have over 50 years of training and experiences.
