I don't think I can say enough great things about Luke and his crew! Luke came out on a Sunday evening to give me a quote. He advised on flooring options, and gave me a very reasonable installation quote. After I ordered my flooring, and scheduled the job, Luke offered to go pick up the flooring for me, which saved me a delivery fee from the flooring company. Luke communicated constantly and promptly throughout the whole process, including when he arrived to pick up the flooring (prior to the warehouse opening) and when he was on his way to my house. He and his team did a fantastic job on the install. They forget to eat lunch
, and only took a ten minute break to eat when remembered. They were able to complete the entire job in 1 day which included: removing carpet, installing 850 feet of LVP, and cleaning up.

I will first apologize to Luke for the timeliness of this review. I'm just getting my footing after two traumatic losses at the exact time I hired Frederick's Flooring, LLC. This was back in March of 2019 and I was looking for someone to redo the entire floors in my mother's home in Louisiana including living room, dining room, den, common area, 3 bedrooms, 4 walk in closets, 1 utility room, and 2 bathrooms. From the moment we spoke I knew this was the company and Luke was the absolute right choice. I explained that I was coordinating the work from the Washington, D.C. area where I live but that I would be down in the area when it was scheduled. He didn't hesitate and immediately scheduled the work and coordinated right away. The work he performed was immaculate. He was always punctual and didn't miss a detail. He's a very hard worker and accommodated all of the movement in the house with people and furniture in his way as we scrambled to make it easier for him to navigate. Luke took it in stride and was such a welcome breath of fresh air in working with contractors. I didn't have to worry about one single thing. Luke is amazing. He knows his craft and I guarantee that you are in the right hands if you hire him. Luke has raised the bar in my dealings with contractors and I use him as the precise measurement of a man of his word and a professional who knows his work. My only regret is that he does not live in the Washington, D.C. area where I could use his spirit and his expertise. Thank you, Luke. You did more for me and my mother. It is more than I could have ever hoped for!!

Our trooper flooded our rental home overnight, causing a full floorreplacement to be required. Luke and his team were absolutely wonderful. He responded to my inquiry right away, got into the house to work the day after the estimate, and finished quickly. He made efficient use of materials and provided a very professional and well executed result. He was kind, punctual, flexible, affordable, and ever responsive. This company was a delight to work with and will surely get my business again if I have need in the future. Thanks so much for a great experience in the middle of something stressful and awful!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I schedule an on site estimate based on compatible availability. I send an eta once in route and then introduce myself, and answer any questions they may have. I then measure the area and get an email address and I will usually have a comprehensive estimate ready that addresses all materials, installation and any other questions.
