I recently met with several contractors about changing out my dining room and den flooring. I accepted the bid from Fredericks Flooring, and Im very glad I did. Luke met with me as well as communicated by text several times, assisting me with my choices for flooring. Once the work began I felt comfortable with he and his helper, Gabriel in my home. Lukes work ethic is impressive and he definitely dotted all his is and crossed all his ts. I am very pleased with the finished product, as well as how clean everything was left once they finished. Im so pleased that Ive decided to replace the carpet in my bedrooms to the same LVF I recently had installed.

Based on current and average rates in the market with top-notch quality workmanship.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I schedule an on site estimate based on compatible availability. I send an eta once in route and then introduce myself, and answer any questions they may have. I then measure the area and get an email address and I will usually have a comprehensive estimate ready that addresses all materials, installation and any other questions.
