FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We receive a call or email request from the potential customer. Our office calls to set an appointment. Our salesman then meets the customer on the scheduled time and provides them with an estimate. If the customer agrees to the price, we collect a deposit and give them an install date. Some estimates for ornamental or vinyl are emailed in an itemized estimate due to the various pieces that have to be ordered. This insures everything is ordered correctly and delivered all together on the same day. Once the job is complete and the customer is satisfied, we collect the remaining balance. We provide lifetime warranty on all our aluminum and vinyl fencing, gates and hardware. We also provide a one year craftsmanship warranty.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are certified licensed automatic gate installers. This is a license that is required and mandated by the State Fire Marshall. We take continuing education classes in order to keep these licenses up to date and current.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I grew up on a farm with my grandfather and his brothers teaching me how to do anything from building barns to fences. Fences came natural to me. Not any carpenter can build a fence. It takes someone who can "see" the lay of the land and know how to make the fence "flow" perfectly.
