To tell you the truth, I have been disappointed badly by the last two independent lawn mowing contractors I worked with. They were not affiliated with Thumbtack. The last one dispatched his crew of young men to my house who worked fast. A little too fast. They did not cut everything evenly or edge correctly and left cut grass for me to rake up. They left quickly for another job. Only after I contacted the Owner about the quality of their work did they return to finish the job and rush off so I was hesitant to make calls from the newspaper again. I started searching on the Internet and saw some tags for Thumbtack. I made use of Thumbtack and got a few offers and felt that it might take some time to see how this worked out. I chose Mabry Home Improvements and let other contractors know that I would give them a chance in due course. Unfortunately I may not be able to keep my word as Jeffrey M. Mabry and his assistant completed the best looking lawn I have seen in the past 4 years I have been using contractors-the cutting, edging and trimming were outstanding ! I am so impressed with the professionalism, attentiveness and enthusiasm of this company. From my first conversation with them I knew that they would bend over backwards to help me achieve the look I was after. They took the time to listen to me and introduce me to many plants that I was not familiar with and came up with a landscape that was an expression of my personality and taste. I am so delighted and pleased with the result.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
Me and my team recently did a complete overhaul on an existing landscape including all new plants, new bed layout, irrigation, mulch and sod. The complete project took about 2 days to complete and the customer could not have been more happy about the finished product
