First-time detailed cleaning specializes in the following: * Dusting * Mirrors * Bathroom * Floors (vacuum, sweep, and mop) * Kitchen (countertops, microwaves, sinks and stove tops) We provide free estimates after we come and look at the home. The estimate is based on the size of the home, the time it takes to properly clean the home and how often we will clean it. The first cleaning is a thorough, detailed cleaning including all baseboards and window seals with thorough dusting and cleaning of floors and bathrooms. For the initial cleaning, we charge more than the price it will cost for the upkeep cleanings. Our prices for initial cleanings are between $180 and $350, and weekly or biweekly ranges from $85 to 300. We have references if needed. Thank you.
