Jose was on time for the estimate and his crew was here on time for the job. I was very impressed that I didn't find any nails after they were done. I had nails left behind from just a small area that was fixed in the past by another company. Jose was very easy to work with and listens to your concerns. It turned out they do more than just roofs so after this was completed me an estimate for insulating the attic, which was done the following week. I will be keeping his number because it's nice to have one to call for all home needs

Jose responded to my inquiry the same day and sent someone to look at the job. He followed up the next day with a personal visit and a bid for the work. Step by Step is a licensed contractor with both general liability insurance and Workman's Compensation insurance. I wanted the work started within a week, and he was able to provide a crew that started the next day and finished the job in less than a week. Adam, Cesar, and Francisco did a good job with taping and floating the drywall in two rooms and provided a clean and smooth finish. The orange peel texture was sprayed on and looks great. Windows, doors, and outlet boxes were all carefully covered and kept clean. Cesar later applied a coat of primer and a finished coat with a roller. I was very pleased with the final appearance. Everyone showed up when they said they would and cleaned up the job site before they left.
