- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No. I have found that doesn't work well. I like to see each job and provide a free estimate. That is not to say that there are not several services that I do have a standard price for however.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The key to starting with a new customer is communication. I make sure that I understand what they want and never guess or assume. If there is a question I stop and contact the client.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked in thus industry for more than 20 years. I have taken many technical classes and workshops on particular facets of the business. I started out and apprenticed under some of the finest and most well-known carpenters in the area.
