Quoting prices on work sight unseen is difficult sometimes so I try to provide a price that is fair to the customer, yet ensures that I will not end up losing money due to unforseen conditions.

I like to communicate the work process very well so that the customer feels confident and comfortable throughout the project. Good communication makes the customer feel confident that they are getting what they are paying for.
