- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is simple: $40/hr Any manipulations to that will be mathematically the same rate. We have a lower rate than all of our competitors because we believe every child should learn to swim and no one should over pay for wonderful service!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I meet with the client to discuss their goals. Then our program creates a curriculum specifically designed for you or your child. Our rates of progress are only achievable because we research every week to get better and always look for new literature. We never miss a lesson and never cancel our appointments. We strive for 100% customer satisfaction.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I first became a lifeguard when I was 15 and served a swim instructor's aid to many different instructors. When I was 16 I got certified and taught for 3 years with the YMCA and MWR. I was consistantly requested for lessons so I decided to start my own company when I was 18 before leaving for college. Now, I am still teaching swim lessons and have expanded to business adding in a colleague of mine, Josh. We have very different styles, but a passion for service and swimming! Together, I believe we provide the best and most productive swim instruction in the Tampa Bay area.
