A man of his word. No others were available even though the situation was dire ,at least in my eyes, he came through and ,not only finished the job, but repaired other (roof) deficiencies that would eventually impact my home. Knowledgable:He evaluated the roof condition and narrated his findings as he presented them to me. The total job was more lengthy than first thought because it involved issues not yet apparent from the inside. He provided before and after photos to show the extent of the repairs/damages. The work was guaranteed to be repaired without cost if it did not take on the initial attempt. I recommend Joel for any job you may have. He truly lives up to his declarations. Although, he had a myriad of tools, he went to get more so as to have the right tool for the job. That is paramount because too many would make do with what they have to move on to the next job. He did have transportation issues in getting to me as first scheduled, however, he continually updated me on his status which allowed me to reschedule pending prior engagements. Overall, it was worth waiting for his arrival. Sincerely,

Joel, went above and beyond for me and my family. He came when he said and stayed longer until the job was done. I only asked for 2 things and he doubled check everything. Considering he drove to my town and worked in the rain, which was something most people wouldn’t do. I also applaud him on his knowledge and creativity. I interviewed several people and he stood out from the rest.

We procrastinated so needed to get our pipes insulated quickly and Joel worked us into his schedule to make sure it got done before the upcoming freeze. Parts were in short supply in the area and he had to go to several stores to get what was needed to complete the job and we couldn't be more appreciative. We got great service at a reasonable price. We highly recommend Joel and will definitely use him again.
