Introduction

We specialize in cheesecake. We’ve been baking cheesecake and all types of desserts down here in south Louisiana for going on five years. Best cheesecake you’ll ever have in your life, rich and creamy. Recently I’ve branched out into coming and private chef work with not only deserts but also main courses. Working in a kitchen in Slidell has been teaching me also am I’m excited to share that with my customers in catering and private dining.

When I tell you I had some of the best cheesecakes that I ever tasted in my life I am not playing they the truth. The strawberry cheesecake and the the turtle cheesecake was my favorite ones. But it doesn’t matter which one you get it’s the cheesecakes for me

First off, not only have I had three of his cheesecakes (the sweet potato, strawberry, & strawberry shortcake) but I’ve also had too many meals to count. & they’re AMAZING every single time, you can taste the how much soul he puts in his food. Never disappoints! I wish I had pics to post of everything I’ve tried, but I’m always too busy breathing the food down too fast to snap a photo.
