I am happy I decided to try this company. Right after I sent in a request for a quote, I was immediately contacted. I needed a last minute carpet clean, and Tres made himself available, and was very courteous. When Tres arrived and checked the carpet, he was unsure about whether a regular cleaning would take the stains out, but instead of insisting I needed special spot cleaning, he simply used his normal solution and checked to see whether I would need it. I was impressed at how reasonable the prices were, and how concerned he was with getting me the best bang for my buck. I definitely received quality expert advice from Tres about how to move forward with any other carpet cleaning needs. I will be using this company again for any carpet cleaning services.
