Joe was very professional and personable, he got to my home and checked my circuit panel and breaker box and knew what needed to de done within 30 minutes. The issue was Entergy, that he was here over an hour to convince them to send someone immediately to restore power being that it has been off since Friday, 7/18, today is 7/25. He didn't have to stay on the phone to do that for me. He's very knowledgeable and explained everything to me in layman's terms so I can understand. His price is also reasonable.
