Kenny responded quickly after we contacted Thumbtack. Our generator was not broken, we just wanted it serviced and in good running condition. He requested the model and serial numbers so he could have exactly what he needed to service it. We worked out a day and time for the job. Kenny notified me when he was on his way and arrived punctually. He was very pleasant and knowledgeable, our generator now runs like a top! Overall, a very pleasant experience!
