- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
always be willing to negotiate. be aware of serving hurdles that may cost you in the long run. the prices are very low however be prepared for me to tell you the truth about certain obstacles to come in the profession that I'm aware of
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
************For 1, a( $35.00.. dollar estimate and travel) charge will be paid upon completion of actual estimate..The $35.00 fee will be waived to contract if job is won by DDC.... the new one is coming out and talking with the customer or client to see what his or her interests are for the project. then after I know exactly what the client wants who negotiates budget.. after going over budget we go over materials labor cost. and if all is agreed I present my license and insurance..then we contract.************
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
being a block Mason for over 25 years in between seasons times we get slow on the mainstream and I will have to break off and do odd jobs which led me over the years to do different types of odd jobs
