I wanted to surprise Mom this Mother's Day by having the exterior of her house painted. Contaced Sunshine Contruction and within an hour or so, the owner, Mr. Wells arrived to provide an estimate. After meeting with Mr. Wells, I felt like Sunshine Contruction would be a good choice. Mr. Wells also came out a second time and met with my Mother and she was very impressed by everything he discissed.

Sunshine Contruction more than delivered. They tansformed my Mother's home into something next to brand new. The crew was skilled, professional, and prompt. They also repaired a damaged drywall section inside the home at no additional cost. My Mother was very happy with the job that Sunshine Contruction did and I was pleased that I had found them.

Pelican Construction did a fantastic job on my home. They painted the carport, shutters, doors, trim and paneling around the roof. They also power washed all of the bricks on the side of my home! On time, quality work, and very professional!

I had just discovered a leak in my attic and was quickly trying to find someone to look at it. After not having much luck with other companies, I tried Thumbtack and got Pelican Construction. William reached out to me and came to my house that day (other places were going to take 3 days). William gave me a quote, then wrote up an agreement to work on the roof during the next clear day. It was only one day after that when the weather was good enough to work, William and his crew knocked it out quickly.

I think they did an awesome job with such a quick turn around time, potentially saving me to pay extra for water damage while I waited on others to just show up to look at it.

I will def be looking to reaching out to them again for any future projects that I have.
