Travis is very professional and personable. Very respectful and sensitive to my opinion even though he is the professional. Travis took the time to explain things and answer any questions I had. He and his crew did what he said they were going to and they did it how he said it was to be done. No surprises, everything was discussed up front. When I call he answers. The crew did a very good job stripping roofing, installing and cleaning up.
