I’m reliable, communicate well, hardworking, conscientious, detail-oriented, & strive for satisfaction and perfection.
On average, my cleaning rate is a minimum of $0.18 a sq ft(every residence, case is different though), but it’s like having a “deep” clean every time. Nooks, crannies, and crevices. I am the byproduct of an army MP and drill sergeant, my associate is an Army vet herself. We do NOT do sub-par, shoddy work!! It gets done, and done RIGHT!! We are also certified through the AHCA.
So please, if you want someone to just come wipe stuff down, do a little bs surface clean, please go on to another candidate.
It costs me for leads, and I work too hard for my $$, to be contacted only for people to get bent out of shape about an ‘estimate’. I’m not able to do a walk thru beforehand, and have gotten nasty surprises.
Built-up, rust, hardwater, & soapscum scouring is extra- it’s time consuming and requires acidic chemicals. I can work without utilities, but THAT is extra. It requires preparation, innovative solutions, and sometimes, different methods or chemicals. I promise you, neither one us will be happy if I have strong chemicals on surfaces that will be damaged if they stay on there too long, and a utility gets cut off in the middle of it!! Been there, done that!!
