Dana and her crew were exceptional. I had tenants who were smokers in my apartment, and left the place smelling absolutely foul after they moved out. T&D Cleaning came in and thoroughly scrubbed all the walls and ceilings so it was ready for me to start painting. They were very flexible and were able to use a special cleaning product I had requested specifically for this job (TSP substitute). They also cleaned the rest of the apartment (kitchen, bathrooms, windows, etc...) and got rid of some very stubborn grime and filth leftover from the tenants. They went above and beyond, working well over the originally estimated 4-hours to ensure the 1,000 sq/ft apartment was looking as good as possible. The price was very fair and Dana and her crew were extremely professional and friendly. They will be my go-to cleaning service in the future, and I would highly recommend them to others.

I had the overwhelming task of getting a 3 story vacant law office cleaned and presentable in order to get it appraised and sell. To say this place was a disaster is an understatement. The previous person living there for 4 yrs was a homeless man and his dog. This place was absolutely filthy! In addition to the filth, it was still full of outdated law books, old computers, copy machines, a lot old furniture with mold growing on it, trash, old food, and 3 horribly filthy bathrooms. After obtaining 4 bids, I chose T & D Cleaning. They were a small operation, but very eager to get the job. Dana showed enthusiasm and confidence which assured me that although they were a small operation, they could tackle this huge job. and I would not be disappointed. Dana and Tyrus came in with their hardworking crew and completed the job in 2 days. They rented a u haul truck and brought all the old furniture, refrigerator, a dryer,and tons of trash to the dumpster. The place was clean and smelling fresh like never before! T&D Cleaning /service exceeded my expectations and I very highly recommend them for any job large or small.

Dana and her team were very professional and punctual. They listened to my needs and delivered. I had a very difficult bathtub to clean and Dana and her team were able to restore it like it was brand new. I will definitely use them again!
