I called bc the hooked up the new air conditioner unit Aug will be 2 years..I called them the 1st guy came out that day & said needed a part, so it will be 2morrow but he went on & reset something..It worked a short while then out again..The next day another guy came with the part, didn't charge me parts or labor but charged a $95.00 service charge, I gave the guy $100.00 bc he didn't have change & told him to keep the $5:00..Just glad it's working again, nice & cool 2day, we shall see..Just can't believe the unit isn't yet 2 years old & something already went out..
