They really know their stuff. My Freezer is no longer made. Once I found the part, it was installed and back to working. This saved me from spending thousands on a new freezer that would not have matched! I am super pleased and look forward to working with them in the future.

Luis is fantastic! He is knowledgeable and professional. Plainly put, he knows his stuff!! He told us the problem on the first visit. He advised me of my options. The company (Samsung) wasn’t helpful at all and wouldn’t budge about an almost 3 year old washer!! But Luis ordered and replaced the parts in just a few days, and did the job in no time. He is REALLY GOOD at what he does and I think the price was fair considering everything that happened. My washer runs like the day I bought it. Thankyou Luis.

Luis successfully diagnosed my a/c system issue and restored it to functionality. I am satisfied with the outcome. The issue was a 1/2 Hp GE fan motor. This OEM lasted sixteen years. I chose to have a new one installed as opposed to a reconditioned motor. The cost was a shocking high, so be prepared. The diagnosis revealed the coil unit in each of our 18-seer, three ton units needed cleaning. This effort required physically removing the coil and cleaning it with a strong solution. I observed Luis’s work from start to finish. He knows his business. I am satisfied with the outcome of Luis’s work. A reputable a/c contractor provided a cost estimate to replace the failed system. Sticker shock led me to pursue the diagnosis and repair option if feasible. Luis convinced me that he could refurbish the system and restore it to efficient functionality.
