- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our first meeting is usually to discuss what the customer has in mind, a budget, and to take any needed measurements or photos. After we gather this information we quickly get together a estimate for the services requested. If needed we can provide our customers with a drafted copy of their project with choices of materials and costs.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We gladly work with home owners, businesses, property managers, air bnb owners, residential and commercial builders, designers, and anyone else who needs to make their vision a reality.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Do your due diligence and ask for references, checkout their previous work, and most of all trust whomever you decide to hire. It's not always about the cheapest price, but the overall experience and quality you as a customer deserve.
