FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do use contracts, to relieve the Bride of a secure date for her big day. I do charge a travel fee. Time for travel, park and transport tables, chairs and our beauty kit, is just as important as the makeup..We need all of it!
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
When hiring a professional service such as mine, I like to remember one rule of thumb. We are in the customer service business and to make the client happy. Because makeup can always be interpreted several ways, always get a trial run before any major event (such as your Bridal pictures or wedding). This allows the client to see the makeup application, products used, and colors she will be wearing. If the client doesn't like something, it's always best to speak up. I know I would want to make sure the client is completely satisfied before I walk out the door.
