Jonathan was extremely professional. He came out promptly and walked the perimeter of the house inside and out. He explained the eradication process and maintenance. I told him we’d had plumbing work done that breached the outer wall of the house. He pulled the stove away from the wall and put in a mesh screen, placed traps along the baseboards and bait stations in the yard which he will maintain. I’m extremely pleased
