Jonathan responded so quickly, did the initial inspection the next morning, and explained everything to me without making me feel like an idiot. He laid out several options and explained the pricing and then I decided what I wanted to proceed with. He sent me contracts a few hours later and he’s scheduled for the more of the work tomorrow. Fantastic!
