What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I use flat rate pricing plus material cost. This rewards me well for efficient work and it doesnt punish the customer if it takes longer than expected. It's like going to a restaurant and ordering from a menu. You see what you want and know what it's going to cost.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I initially spend some time getting to know the customer. Next, we discuss what the job is and how I can help meet their goals.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 5 years of electrical experience. I also have my Electrical liscense in Caddo and Bossier parish. Over the years I've put in everything from lights and fans to generators and security systems. I've worked many residential, commercial and some industrial electrical jobs. I prioritize to be as safe and reliable as possible. That means my jobs will sometimes take a bit longer, but the quality is always at the top of what people expect if not beyond.
