FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Prices or all by the sqft or by the yard.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When I arrive at the customers house, I like to introduce myself, and find out what the customer has in mind for their job. Sometimes I have to get through all the wrong things they were told and straighten all the things out, to see what they want or have in mind. Then my crew and I move forward from there to get the dream floors, or shower that they want.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Well here in Louisiana we don't have a school to go to for flooring yet. But what we do have is flooring seminars to bring us up to speed on the products that are out there and the new one's that are coming down the pipe. So in these seminars you get certified to do flooring with that being said I'm a certified flooring installer and have completed two of the schulter shower system classes and along with 22 years experience.
