What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The only time things get complicated, in which, it always happen, The client and I come to an agreement on the job, and if I run into a problem, that needs to properly fixed before finishing, or most of the time the clients add things in like if Im doing ceilings, they add ceiling fans, or they want a certain pattern in the floor, or different windows, so I have to go back re figured the estimate, I try to be reasonable, but if its something minor that takes no time to do, the estimate stays the same.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
No more than looking at someone else work.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
As a child I've always been coordinated with my hands, crafty with skills watching and helping my father and uncles with things, by the time I was a teenager, I was already on top of roofs, and building.
