FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
$20 per hour session, paid by session, per week or by the month.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically we set up an appointment for the client to come in for a FREE consultations where they can check out my gym and see what I have to offer! We will talk and visit, go over what their goals are and what they would like to accomplish. I like to get to know my clients on a personal level. I like to have fun when I am training and I like to pass that on to my clients because if it's fun they are more likely to stick with it! If the client feels that we would be a fit it, I would then give them necessary paperwork and go over it with them and answer any questions or concerns they might have about training. We will figure out a schedule, which days to train and best times. Once this is done we are set for first appointment. New client comes to first session with all necessary paperwork filled out and handed to me. We will then take measurements, take percent body fat and do weight. I take this information and all other information I have gathered from client and design their exercise routines and meal plans and any supplementation programs they may need. Each client has different goals, needs and physical limitations, everyone is different and everyone gets a program specifically designed for them and their individual needs! No cookbook methods here!!!
