- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge $180.00 a hour plus materials. You get a 1 year warranty on labor and materials. My service fee to come out and look at your job is $125.00. It is waived if hired. If you want quality work done right the first time up to code with a 1 year warranty on labor and materials call me. If you looking for cheap labor I'm not your guy. I know my worth and I run a business. Not a charity!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I usually call the customer when they reach me on Thumbtack. I get information about the job and might ask them to send me a picture of the work that needs to be done because I try to give them a rough estimates over the phone before I come out to save them the service fee if I'm not hire. The price that I quote on the phone is never more than I quoted. I stand by that price. After I complete the job I save your number in my phone so when you call in the future I know who is calling and be able to respond to you quicker.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
24 years experience doing all phases of plumbing and Drain Cleaning. I'm a licensed plumber. LJP # 13156 Insured too. Every year I have to take a continuing education class to renew my license.
