Wall2Wall is celebrating its third year in business! I've been a journey man, trying to build a brand for myself and my services since 2009. We are excited to continue to do great work for a reasonable price.
I've worked with home renovators and remodelers (CheckMate), interior/exterior painters, with both spray and brush (Allgeauxpro). I've also contracted my services to the top rated moving companies in Louisiana. (MGM, Tres, Abba, BoostCo, Atmosphere Movers)
I come from a military background, with a strong work ethic, and an even stronger desire to rid the customer of worries regarding their move or home project.
I always give fair prices and the heart I put into my work will prove to be unrivaled.
Our rate is $120 per hour for two movers
$150 per hour for two movers and a truck
$170 per hour for three movers and a truck
$2 per mile for distances greater than 20 miles
We have a 2 hour minimum
Our base rate includes two movers, however for larger moves we can offer 3-4 movers for an additional cost. We provide all the necessary equipment for your move, including dollies, straps, furniture pads and plastic wrap. We can disassemble and assemble your furniture as well.
There will be an additional charge for extremely heavy or specialty items (example: pianos, pool tables, hot tubs, safes, exercise equipment, etc.)

Timothy and Kaitlyn made my nightmare of a move UNBELIEVABLY smoother! I have an upright piano, queen bed with box spring, and several large pieces of furniture that needed to be moved into a storage unit. Thankfully, I ended up connecting with these awesome people on Thumbtack, and they took care of EVERYTHING.
I had a response from Timothy within an hour of my first contact followed by a phone consult. They showed up bright and early at my door, ready to get down to business. And when we made it to the storage unit, they fit every single one of my pieces just perfectly into the limited space available. I was shocked at how quickly they knocked this job out, all while ACTUALLY taking the time and care to be sure my things were not damaged in any way. I appreciated that so much.
Their rates are more than reasonable, and they were SO sweet and considerate. I have chronic anxiety and often have trouble managing my personal time and completing tasks, like packing. Since the move was last minute, I had very little time to get things together. They never got irritated or impatient with me at any point during the move, and that kindness helped more than I can say.
These guys will be my first choice going forward for all my moving needs. I wouldn’t trust anyone else more, and I will be absolutely certain to recommend them to anyone who needs this type of help in the future.

Tim and his wife are great! Don't hesitate to hire them to help you move your heavy stuff! I needed someone to move my bigger items from one apartment to another in the same building. My new apartment is only one floor down from my old one but is on the opposite side of an old, winding-hall, converted warehouse building, so it wasn't always easy to maneuver things downstairs. It didn't help that the freight elevator in my building decided to freak out on us, but they tackled moving my ridiculously heavy sleeper sofa down the old, narrow stairs like pros. (Pivot!). When I talked to Tim before the move, he estimated that it would only take them 2 hours and, even with the unanticipated difficulty of the sofa, they still finished earlier than that. There's also the added bonus that Tim and Kaitlyn are super kind, positive people who showed up excited to help and not the surly movers I'm used to. Thanks guys!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We prorate! We don’t ask for a deposit to secure your date. We have NO hidden fees.
**All active duty or retired military, police, fire and EMS members will get a 15% discount on the cost of labor! (We appreciate y’all!)
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to get to know the customer, find out what their wants and needs are, and ensure them that I'm there to make the process as easy as possible for both parties.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
A friend of mine asked his father to hire me when I got out of the Army.
