- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All diagnostic fees go toward repair options if decided. ALL first responders, law enforcement and military qualify for 10% discount.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically with a new customer, we like to create a whole system portfolio. This includes; aging the equipment, recording quality of the unit, and getting clarity on any problems or complaints.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Graduated from Ultimate Tech Academy for HVAC and basic electrical. EPA Universal card holder NATE certified for Nate Core, Heatpumps and 90% furnaces
