Sidney not only provided by far the best value to replace all my flex ducts, supply grills/plenum, and install a UV filter but he also was super friendly and helpful in walking me through the details. My ducts and grills went from mold-filled to clean and healthy… I can already feel the difference in air quality! I’m a first time home owner and I like to know the intricacies of my house set up. Sidney shared in my enthusiasm and went above and beyond in showing me each specificity in the attic and over pictures. His niche approach to work after hours helped me schedule more easily and would be crucial if I had an emergency issue that needed addressing over night. Sidney was great from start to finish. He communicated what my project would entail showed up on time and completed the project. I appreciated the manner in which he addressed my concerns. I need to add to my review to say that this company is Outstanding! After having my ductwork installed I still was experiencing low heat. Sidney agreed to come back . He was able to solve the problem which was a broken part in my heating system. He replaced the part and no cost and told me the ductwork warranty would cover it ! Amazing to know that there are still local folks out there doing business the right way. I am so grateful and cant say enough about this company.

I was having hvac issues and was able to get someone to come out same day. They were very communicative about the diagnosis and helpful in setting up a plan to get things fixed correctly after a thorough examination of the problem. Will definitely be using After Hours Air again for any hvac needs!

All diagnostic fees go toward repair options if decided. ALL first responders, law enforcement and military qualify for 10% discount.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically with a new customer, we like to create a whole system portfolio. This includes; aging the equipment, recording quality of the unit, and getting clarity on any problems or complaints.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Graduated from Ultimate Tech Academy for HVAC and basic electrical. EPA Universal card holder NATE certified for Nate Core, Heatpumps and 90% furnaces
