Service tech Colin was quick to access our water leak issue and he was knowledgeable in explaining to me what had been done to fix our issue. He was able to fix my coil leak in no time at all. Hargrave Plumbing was great! They were promptly able to respond to my service call regarding my tankless water heater. The technician, Colin, was very knowledgeable about the error code issue and the requested descaling flush. Overall, great experience. 10/10. Would recommend.
