Introduction: I hold a degree in Culinary Arts, and I have seven years in kitchen experience from Austin to New Orleans. I have 4 years of experience as a server, and I have worked in and out of bars since I was fifteen (I looked older for my age and the cops on the strip knew me and let me work the door without messing with me). I have catered weddings and BBQ cookouts. I did private chef work in the home of two romantic persons with three-course meal and a friend as waiter. I have seen a lot of the facets of the service industry, and I figured it out, it is a "serve us" industry. The guest is the critic, the guest is your life. Your job is rather than cooking or serving, maybe about making and presenting the food, your real job is making the customers not only happy but make them feel as if they were at their house, you have to give them a magical experience, and treat them like a prince or a princess for the night (especially in weddings). I am confident if you pick me for your needs, I will serve you and your family as my own. My food is classical French — Cajun French.
