There are no unexpected charges added at the end. - In-Person Estimate Fee: We charge a small, non-refundable $25 fee for coming out to provide a detailed, in-person estimate. - Estimate Fee Waived: If you choose to hire us to complete the work, we will waive the $25 estimate fee, meaning it will be credited back to your final invoice. This ensures you get a professional assessment with a straightforward commitment.
