Mr Thomas is very professional. He kept us informed of the work being done on the cabinet door and delivered as promised. He also saved us some money because he was able to salvage the door. Didn't need a new one. I would use him again.

Ron and Nigel did a fence repair and install project. They were the most reasonably priced and provided a written estimate. They came by the day I called to provide a free quote and started the day I got the OK from local utilities. They are VERY professional, work quietly and do a nice clean-up upon completion. We will definitely hire Ron and Nigel for our next project, big or small!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes, our basic hourly rate is 45.00 an hour with a 1 hour minimum. All estimates for basic home improvements are free, but there is a charge for larger projects.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I prefer a face to face. I don't like surprises and I would think that neither do customers. I don't like feeling like an automaton.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm required to keep continuing education credit to maintain my licensure. It's a win for me as a contractor by keeping up with the latest technology, and a win for the customer that they are getting a qualified contractor.
