I have a 500 gallon smoker capable of smoking over 150 lbs of meat at once. There is not a job to big. If you need servers for your event we provide those also. I price according to the order and the different types of meet and sides you would like. We also have servers if needed for your event at an extra cost.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will typically give you a call and ask about the event so we can get a good grasp of what you need. Our specialty is smoked BBQ but we do so much more.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started by catering family functions and it took off from there. I started with small parties and now with our 500 gallon smoker we can do any job.
