- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We give a 10% discount to Veterans, Active Military, School Teachers and Police Officers. We are not a "cutting corners", "half cocked" company! We are not the highest paid, and we are not the lowest paid. I will compromise and try my best to fit everyone's needs. Our work is very good quality, we take our time, we take ownership in everything we touch and we are very trustworthy! You pay for what you get! True statement! If it's to good to be true, because it is!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
This is hard to answer and make sure it stands with everyone... So, Every customer is different! I have had some customers that are just ready to get started, they tell me what they want and we deliver. And then I have had customers that want the legal documents present, contracts signed and then detailed timing and payment arrangements made for the larger projects.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I grew up as a carpenters daughter and now a carpenters wife! Me and my husband (30 yrs exp) are very knowledgeable of the industry. What's different about us is our determination to make sure we go above and beyond to meet our customers expectations. We have both worked for other contractors in this area that have high expectations and we were able to deliver. Which is why we branched out on our own!
