My name is Alexis and I am the owner of Faire La Fete. I am able to make your party memorable! I have everything you need to make this happen. I have decorated over 100 different types of events and I have been in business for 7 years and I would love to be apart of this one. I truly enjoy what I do. Please contact me on what date you are looking for to make sure I have it open. I am a one of a kind worker. I was prior military and have fought for ur country! But I truly enjoy making each event that I place my hands on one of a kind! You give me your ideas and I make them happen. I am a designer, a seamstress, Carpenter, painter and coordinator. I can handle events that might make you stressed out, but I keep my cool. I am a people’s person and easy to get along with. I have thick skin so you can tell me if I am not moving in the right direction that you want and will fix it so I will. But most of all, I am a honest and trustworthy person! I uphold this very strong. I am a mother of three and understand things happen and change fix on the whim. Each and every party or event that I have done, I have made it special for just that event. I always take the ideas of the customer and try to make their touches and mine mesh together to make it perfect. Always have an open mind, I take nothing to heart. I take my time to insure it’s what the customer wants.

My son had a destination wedding in New Orleans. We were responsible for the rehearsal dinner for 40 and an after party for 120. Being the Mother of the groom, I had no idea how I was going to navigate the French Quarter with all of the items and decorations that I needed to get to both venues. We hired Alexis as our wedding event planner/coordinator, arrived in New Orleans and handed her everything we had for both events. Fair La Fete managed everything! I would have been a mess if I had to do all of the logistics, decorating, ‘fire’ handling on my own. Although I had decorations and items for the event, Alexis added her unique flair. Fair La Fete provided us an invaluable service that made the entire wedding weekend one that most guests said was the best wedding they had ever attended!

Alexis was absent AMAZING! I literally didn’t have to do anything! She was my wedding coordinator/sister/friend. She has an awesome personally and everything ran so smoothly. My HUSBAND🤗 was very impressed with her work and attentiveness. She was the go to person for my ceremony and reception. She talked me off a cliff when I was stressed because of wedding drama and encouraged me to remember what that day really stood for and that it was my day. If I can be completely honest, for the service she provides, she’s definitely under paid! They say you get what you pay for but in this case I got WAY more than I paid for!

I cater to what your needing and my time with the client isn’t charge just the services provided are what my clients pay for.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I first take the time to introduce myself. Email and text with client to feel them out to make sure Faire La Fete is a good fit and giving them all of the things that we can accomplish for the event- a one stop shop! Always up for a challenge. Then we have a phone conversation of the client letting me know what they are need and then make an estimate on what their wanting. Then deposit is made to save the date and contract is signed.
