What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have a range of different prices. This way there is a price that will work for absolutely everyone.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
All new clients are taken through a Fitness Assessment and Body Composition Analysis. This allows me to determine the fitness level they are beginning from so I know exactly what I need to get them where they want to be. The body composition let's me know exactly how long it is going to take to reach the clients goal.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a bachelors degree in exercise physiology and masters degree in Psychology from Penn State, I'm an NCSF CPT, a certified Sports Nutritionist, Spin instructor, and certified POUND pro.
