I live in an older home and needed to update my windows. I had done some research on price and type of windows I wanted through the big box stores, so I had a good idea of what I wanted. However, after a discussion with the reps, I wasn't getting a warm fussy feeling the workmanship from these places was going to meet what I wanted. I turned to the Internet figuring that was going to be a waste of my time. I found ItusPro. To my surprise, they were local and offered the same quality windows I wanted. Gave them a call. Mr. Joe ask a lot of detailed questions about what I was wanting and why. After I gave the answers he gave me way more options than I expected, plus he explained the pros and cons very well. We setup a time to meet at the house to take a few measurements. He was very prompt and professional. Very knowledgeable on windows. It was my turn to ask questions, he answered every question in detail. After agreeing on a price the windows was ordered in. Joe kept me posted on there arrival time. Once the windows were in, we set a date for the installation. Again, very prompt showing up as promised. He began removing the old windows and in no time I realized I had made the right choice. This guy is very good. It only took 1 day to remove the old windows and install the new. The workmanship I was concerned about was all there. Everything looked really nice after the work was completed. This level of customer service is very hard to find. Mr. Joe is very professional, willing to explain the workings of what is needed to get your windows replaced. He also communicates with you on a professional level that's down to earth and easy to understand. Oh, and he picked up all of the waste and left everything just as clean as it was before he came in. That was a bones! I fully expected to have all the clean left to do. This is a great place to do business with. Thanks Joe!!! Job very well done.

Complete Garage remodel to finished business space. After a previous tenant had done major damage to our Garage (mechanic, tore out the ceiling, ceiling joists, removed the insulation from the attic, put a hole through the building and siding for an air compressor line). We decided to have the space remodeled for a small business. We hired Itus Pro because My husband had such a positive experience with them when they installed Radiant Barrier in his previous house. They replaced the ceiling joists, making the building structurally sound, replaced the insulation in the ceiling, ran conduit and upgraded the electrical wire to the garage which would be needed for the added power demands, added multiple breakers, light fixtures and receptacles and a 220 volt circuit for a large window A/C-heat unit, We also opted to have them pre plumb the walls for a bathroom in the event that we decide to make this space a mother-in-law sweet later, replaced all of the sheet rock on the ceiling and some of the walls where needed, repaired the hole in the vinyl siding, removed an unused electrical service which came through the roof, repaired the roof and replaced shingles, Installed a very good double pane side sliding window, removed the slide from the window and made a custom mount for and installed the AC window unit, built a custom material hanger for my business needs, replaced the entry door and door frame which had some rotten wood on it with a fiberglass door and door frame. Everything we had them do was decided before the work began and the job was on budget. There is not much these guys can't do. I already have my next project for them planned.

Of course. We partner with many industry leading vendors who offer factory training to our installers and salesmen. While this keeps us up to date on our current products, ItusPro management is continuously looking for and researching new products for our customers.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
The Courtney family has been in residential construction for over 40 years. Joe Courtney, CEO and owner of ItusPro, grew up in the trade and early on took a liking to the new construction side of the business. With the economic changes of the last several years Joe has moved his direction back to home improvements with a ground up knowledge of home construction.
