Rubi came to fix a plumbing issue that wound up clearing a clogged line, due to bamboo roots, but my toilet was left very unstable, as it was not anchored down. I had a party recently and it jiggles when you sit down on it. There is literally no bolts now (as they were not replaced). I tried calling, to no avail. This is a mother-in-law room that I barely use, but wanted it working for guests and family. I now have to have someone else anchor the toilet, which is more money, when he should’ve fixed it properly to begin with.
